I'm so excited to share information and tools with you that I have found helpful in my life. These were game changers for me, and I still use them every day... because, who can't use more resilience... more flex and flow... more ease... more wellbeing? I'm not saying I have a stress free life. I'm saying that I feel more confident about dealing with whatever comes my way... that I trust myself to do my best... that I have tools for setting myself up for success... and I've cultivated the self-awareness that it takes to know what those tools are. I've also become willing to have to try a few times and get it wrong in order to get it right. I've learned about the gifts of being imperfect... of rolling with it... of even embracing it. I've also learned to hear and honor the guidance my body offers me on this journey. Thanks for joining me!

The Body Wisdom Healing Circle is a monthly live call in which we have a shared experience (a guided journey or meditation) with our Whole Body Wisdom. We turn our attention to our bodies and the metaphors they offer... the subtle language the body uses to send messages to us... and we explore the inherent capacity we have to respond. The body part/function we address changes each month, and have ranged from bones, to hormones, to receiving more oxygen. They usually reflect what has been important for clients in the previous month, new awarenesses and tools, or a return to basics... and it all depends on what the Muse brings forward in the week before the call.
