Stress As A Catalyst (now called Stress to Resilience) came at the perfect time last year, holiday time, where stress increases daily. This time of the year can be very intense in both joy and sorrow and knowing that every week we received new exercises was great. It has generated many questions from my friends as I shared my engagement in the course. I especially like the Laughter Yoga week with video support as well as the neuroscience information. There is a lot of information shared by Jill during those 6 weeks and it has proven helpful and fun! Jill is available for questions and makes her answers very informative, prompt and always kind. I highly recommend this course where you get to learn at your own pace in the comfort of your home. ~ Britt A.
ABOUT ME:
I am a holistic intuitive body wisdom translator who is dedicated to empowering women to embrace themselves with compassion, love, and acceptance. For the past three years I have been working with people of all ages finding a way to health and well-being. In the last year I've focussed more on women's health and hormone balance in particular. My own journey has been one of healing around my heart and my lungs, finding balance in my own hormones, and at the root of it all has been healing my relationship with myself. I know well the opportunities provided by health crises and hitting the ends of your emotional ropes. |
